It might sound hard to believe but one man, that goes by the name Mr. Tiger, is doing just that. With a lot of hard labor and even more imagination, he was able to carve his very own home from the side of a mountain.

Energy and ingenuity for days.
Mr. Tiger is obviously a skilled builder with an eye for design. He is also one hard-working man. The power tools needed to chisel the mountainside made of solid rock are not easy to use but he makes it look simple.
He uses his expertise and resources at hand to create this one-of-a-kind dwelling.
The 35-year-old Mr. Tiger has documented the entire process on YouTube. The video on Quantum Tech HD has racked up nearly 120 million views.
City life has nothing on nature.
After growing weary of living with the hustle and bustle of the city, Mr. Tiger decided to return to his hometown to create a home in the mountains. Literally…in a mountain.
Mr. Tiger’s mountainside home has many modern amenities.
Just because he chose to leave the stress and congestion of the city behind doesn’t mean he has to give up on essential, modern conveniences. Mr. Tiger’s mountain home is complete with electricity, running water, an outdoor kitchen, and plumbing. City life has its perks but the serenity of being surrounded by nature is worth the sacrifice.

It is really amazing to watch the video and see what this man has accomplished. You can see Mr. Tiger drilling a side of the mountain then hammering out the area to make it into something special. Watching him turn a hole in the wall into a beautiful window or built-in shelving is really extraordinary.
From solar power to landscaping, this home has it all.
Mr. Tiger even has a green thumb as he effortlessly adds decorative landscaping and plants around his home. He always uses what is available and some of the stone he chisels out of the mountain is used for other purposes. His bed is built from logs and he uses materials to add a fence in his front yard.
This could be any bedroom.
Looking at this picture it isn’t immediately obvious that it is a room inside a mountain. The closet curtain, the desk area, and the bright window have all been carved from solid rock by one determined man.
Mr. Tiger isn’t finished with his home.
Although he is still working on the house, we can be assured that the final product will be something magnificent. His creativity and vision have inspired so many that have seen his video.
